  1. How can I un-subscribe the service from Seaman2u.com?
    There are 2 ways to stop the services:
    1st option:
    Via text/sms ? You can opt- out at any time by sending “STOP XX” to 33XXX.
    2nd option:
    Via telephone ? Subscriber can call to helpline number to 03-7784 9488.
  2. How do I sign up for Seaman2u.com services?
    When you?re surfing the internet you might come across one of the Seaman2u.com promotions, you may try if you are interested with our service content. If you have clicked the banners/ads, you will be redirect to our landing page and asked to fill up your mobile phone number in the column displayed. After you have submitted ?XX? to ?33XXX? through sms, you will receive a free confirmation message. The moment you received this confirmation message, you are officially subscribed to our service content.
  3. How much per service content?
    When you are subscribed to Seaman2u.com, you will be charged minimum RM2 per content and maximum 7 messages a week.
  4. I did not know this was a subscription service?
    Each of our landing pages has clearly states all the information like the costs of the service, frequency, information on how to opt-out under Terms and Condition. Furthermore, after subscribing the customer receives a free of charge confirmation message. .
  5. I did not subscribe to this service, why am I receiving messages?
    We will not send any messages to a mobile phone number if the number is not subscribed to one of our services. Maybe you do not remember sending the message. Be careful when lending your mobile phone to people. The subscription is only activated when you have initiated it.
  6. My under aged child subscribed to the service?
    We understand this is an unpleasant situation. To unsubscribe, please refer to Question 1.
